For the last project of the semester HOC students will be working on a paper quilling.
Quilling or paper filigree is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs.
Requirements for this assignment
- You will work on an 8X10 Background
- You may choose to use a single letter short word OR print out the silhouette of on object.
- Select a Color Pallet and stick with it!
- You must fill the shape of your letter or word
- You must have at least 5 extra decorate quills extending off or around your letter.
